We emphasize control, posture, and proper form to help you understand your body and master the basics before progressing. Expect slower-paced, guided instruction with personalized corrections.

Flow & Restore

Open Level Class | Recovery & Flow

Description: Our Flow & Restore classes build upon the fundamentals through mindful, flowing movement that emphasizes precision, control, and stability. You’ll move through intentional, layered sequences designed to warm the body, build functional strength, and support recovery — all while enhancing mobility, balance, and overall body awareness. This class offers a balanced approach, blending strength and restoration, making it ideal for recovery days or as a complement to weightlifting, running, or other athletic training.

Best for those looking to restore, lengthen, and move with intention.

If you are brand new to the Reformer, please reserve an Intro class before joining.

Elevate

Description: Our Elevate classes build upon the fundamentals with increased resistance, dynamic transitions, and layered sequences that challenge your control and stability. You’ll enhance core strength, balance, and mobility while maintaining precision and flow.

You must be evaluated & approved by the instructor before being allowed to join this class type.

Intermediate / Advanced Class | Strength & Stability

Jump Board

Cardio Class

Description: Take your Pilates practice to new heights with this upbeat, heart-pumping Reformer class using the jump board. You’ll combine controlled jumps, core work, and stability training for a workout that boosts endurance while staying gentle on the joints.

Best for those who want to add cardio to their Pilates routine without sacrificing precision or form

Intro

Introductory Class | First Timers

Description: A perfect starting point for those who are just starting their reformer journey. You’ll learn the basics of breathing, proper form, and how to safely use the reformer in a supportive, slower-paced environment. By the end, you’ll feel confident and ready to join our regular classes. No experience needed.

Required for those brand new to the reformer.
